MPVEX Teams Add-on Connector

The MPVEX Teams Add-on connector works in tandem with Microsoft 365/MS TEAMS which allows you to natively integrate your MPVEX PBX in the CLOUD into Microsoft Teams. It activates the Calls dial-pad in Microsoft Teams as a softphone on an Metropark Voice Exchange, effectively turning Teams into a softphone using the DID or extension directly from MPVEX.

Now you have a way for your MS Teams users to use the MS Teams softphone to receive and make calls from your MPVEX PBX in the CLOUD. Calls can be answered by the main switchboard operator and transferred directly to the MS Teams softphone. If the MS Teams user’s extension is part of an MPVEX Group or Call Center group, the MS Teams softphone will ring just as if it was using a normal IP phone.
