Do Not Disturb (DND) is a convenient feature that prevents your phone from ringing. When your phone is in “DND” all of your incoming calls will be sent directly to your voicemail. DND applies to all lines on your phone. Be careful though, because you may accidentally press the DND button and your office will become very quiet… but “HEY… how did I miss that call?”. Well, now you know… A good practice is to locate your DND button on your phone and press it to see what happens. Look for that little Red DND icon pop up.
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT

To enable Do Not Disturb, press the DND softkey button. If this is not immediately visible, press the More softkey to see additional options. The DND icon will show a red indicator when enabled. Press the DND softkey again to disable it.
Note: All calls you receive while DND is enabled are logged in your Recent Calls list.
